Travel Agent Shine Rewards Club member offers and promotions
Travel Agents registered to Shine Rewards Club will will receive 10% discount on any cruise departing before 30 September 2025 when booked via the Partnership Helpdesk.
Who is eligible?

- Is a current member of Carnival plc's "Shine Rewards Cub"
- Is an employee of an ABTA-registered travel agency or an appointed Travel Agent business that acts as an approved Travel Agent for Carnival plc in the UK
- Is not an employee or contractor of Carnival Corporation or Carnival plc (including its group companies)
- Does not have any ongoing or not-finally-resolved disciplinary warnings, pending disciplinary actions or employment-related investigations ongoing against them with their current or former employer.
Exclusions
Travel Agent discounted cruises are not combinable with certain promotional fare such as Nett rates, Group booking benefits, On-board booking, Thank you for cruising promotions, Past passenger discount, Tesco vouchers bookings and other partnership benefits, shareholder benefits, Complete Cruise Solutions Academy, Onboard Shine Perks (formally Commodore, Captain and Staff Captain benefits) friends & family discounts, reduced drinks packages purchased at time of booking (other than through My P&O Cruises), onboard loyalty benefits, and past guest, anniversary, or honeymoon benefits. How to book?
- Travel Agents will need to call the Partnership Helpdesk Team on 0333 300 0109.
- Make sure the Shine Member Discount ABTA (000TADIS) is applied to the booking.
- The Travel Agent will need to quote the unique 3-digit code (HCZ) to be eligible. This can be found on the "Holiday with Shine" page on Shine Rewards Club.
- Once you have quoted the Travel Agent, if they would like to go ahead and book you will need to contact a PHD Senior Advisor or PHD TL to check their eligibility via the Support Teams Channel. You will need to have the travel agent ABTA number they are registered with and Shine Rewards Club username ready for this check to be done.
- Once the booking has been made, please capture the travel agent ABTA number they are registered to and the name of the agency they work for in the remarks line on Polar.
- Once the booking has been made in the history notes of the booking specify which one of the guests is the Travel Agent.
Booking amendments

If the Travel Agent on the booking wants to make a change on the booking, they will need to call the Partnership Helpdesk team for the name change to be actioned. If they are no longer traveling or eligible, the booking will need to be amended and the Travel Agent discount will be removed. The price will revert to the price at the time the booking was made without the discount. Please contact a PHD Senior Advisor or PHD TL to process the name change.
