A Ready Made Group consists of a group of guests who are travelling together, ready to book and their details are all available at the point of booking. Please note that the Group Booking team don't provide quotes, so the booking should already be made for the benefits to be applied.

How to book

Use Polar Online to provide the guest a quote as usual.
If the guests are happy to proceed, make the booking on Polar Online and TWID link the bookings together.
Please complete the attached spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is password protected, and will prompt you to enter one to open the file, however please select "Read Only." You can then complete the form, copy and paste it to an email, and send to groupbookingrequest@carnivalukgroup.com with the subject "Ready Made Group request - [Cruise code and lead booking reference]". Please be aware there is a four week SLA on group requests, if you need to chase after the four week period, please forward the original email to the Group Booking team at groupbookingrequest@carnivalukgroup.com. Please do not give this email address out to guests. The process form for Ready Made Groups can be found here.
The Group Booking team will apply the benefits and confirm to you when this has been completed.

1 in 20 cabins free (maximum of three cabins - Free cabin/s refunded at sailing, and based on the lowest grade booked).

Terms and conditions

All bookings must be made within a seven day window of each other.
Deposits required at time of booking and standard booking conditions apply.
A minimum of 16 heads.
Combinable with Cunard Fare, P&O Cruises' Select Fare and Early Saver Fares only.
Free cabin is based on the lowest grade occupied at the time of sailing and refunded at sailing date.
Minimum numbers and benefits are applicable to guests travelling in lower berths only.
Benefits will only apply when minimum numbers have been reached.
