What flying options are available on Transatlantic crossings?

Where we fly from

We offer a variety of airport options for our Transatlantic Crossings and voyages from New York to Canada and the Caribbean. Some options include:

  • Belfast
  • Edinburgh
  • Glasgow
  • London
  • Manchester

These options are subject to availability and not all regional flights operate a direct service on a daily basis, so indirect flights may be offered as an alternative. For Transatlantic Crossings starting or ending in Southampton, we’re able to offer domestic flights from around the UK to Southampton (and vice versa). Regional coach transfers from Southampton airport to the port of Southampton are bundled into the regional flight fare, but must be booked in advance. Please note that all flights are subject to availability.

Extending the guest's stay

Many of our guests choose to extend their stay in New York or choose to visit an alternative US city before joining (or after disembarking) their ship. We can provide a tailored quote to meet their individual requirements whether they'd like to stay in one of our hand-picked hotels, or explore independently. We can fly guests out early, home later or even to a different air city, so that they can explore independently then make their own way to the ship.

We can offer 6 months deviation either before or after a cruise subject to availability and any cost in fare. If the guest is deviating before the cruise, we will need to take full payment of the cruise before tickets are issued at approximately 45 days before the flight.

Flight upgrades

Many guests choose to upgrade from Economy to Premium, Business or First Class on their preferred airline. Upgrades are available from 11 months prior to departure, subject to availability.

You may find the following question useful: How do I upgrade or change my flight and what are the benefits?
