How do I upgrade or change my flight and what are the benefits?
We use a range of scheduled airlines to operate the majority of our fly-cruises. Upgrades on scheduled flights are available once airlines release their flight schedules, which is usually 11 months prior to departure – at which point we’ll be able to provide a quote to suit your requirements.
Upgrades on scheduled flights
Whether you are flying to Europe to join one of our Mediterranean fly-cruises, joining one of our Transatlantic Crossings or flying further afield for an World Cruise holiday or cruise in Alaska, we can provide you with details of upgrade availability and fares.
The benefits of upgrading vary by airline, so we recommend that you refer directly to the airline’s website for the latest information.

Upgrades are available from 11 months prior to departure and are subject to availability.

Changes in flight details
Please contact your travel agent or our Customer Contact Centre at the earliest opportunity if you wish to change or update your flight details. This includes name changes and any amendments to your booking.
Please be aware that changes may incur additional charges.
Changes in flight date
We can help if you would like to extend your holiday either before or after your cruise, whether you explore independently, or book a hotel package or Land Tour through Cunard, we can tailor your flights. For availability and fares to meet your flight preferences please call our Customer Contact Centre if you have booked directly with Cunard, alternatively please contact your travel agent.
Please note that should you decide to explore a destination independently, you will need to make your own way to/from the ship on embarkation/disembarkation day.
