What should I do if I have lost / found some luggage?
If a guest has lost/left luggage at a Southampton Cruise Terminal, they should contact The Baggage Handling Company on 02380 873 111 or email: info@thebaggagehandlingcompany.com
If they've lost/left luggage at an overseas cruise terminal or on board, they should contact our Customer Contact Centre.
