How can I ensure I receive my benefits on board?

Please ensure you quote your membership number at the time you are placing your booking.

As long as we have a note of your membership number against your booking we will advise the ship that you are a member and the ship will ensure your benefits are arranged on board.

You can check your loyalty tier on My Account. If you find the details are not correct, simply email Please include your booking reference, names of guests travelling, voyage name and number, and the sail date *Currently only available for UK guests only.
