Do you have a loyalty club, and what are the benefits?

Cunard guests enjoy the benefits of being part of the exclusive Cunard World Club upon completion of their first voyage. Your membership number (also known as your URN or Unique Reference Number) consists of two letters, five numbers and one letter at the end e.g. SA22222A.

Your membership number will be quoted at the top of any mailings that we send to you. If you are unable to locate this number please contact us 0345 355 0300 (local call charges apply) with your full name (as per passport) and your full address.

Duplicate Accounts

When a membership number is not given at the time of booking, our booking system will try and ensure that the new voyage you are booking is linked to your existing membership record, however should any of the details entered into your future booking not match what we currently hold on record for you, e.g. name, date of birth and/or address, then a new membership number will be created for you. This will result in incorrect membership details and may result in the incorrect benefits being received on board.

To ensure you receive your correct benefits on board and credits to your record upon completion please quote your membership number at the time of booking.  If you do notice that you have two or more membership numbers please call the Cunard Line Contact Centre please visit our website for contact details.

There are four different membership levels:

- Silver

- Gold

- Platinum

- Diamond

The level you are awarded is defined by the number of Cunard voyages or nights on board you have completed.

Please email ukworld.club@cunard.co.uk if you require details of your voyage history.

All members of the Cunard World Club enjoy a variety of benefits making your time on board even more memorable. Depending on the level of membership, benefits may include:

- Complimentary internet time packages

- An invitation to the exclusive Cunard World Club party

- Priority check-in at New York and Southampton

- Member-exclusive wine-tasting events

The Cunard World Club is our way of saying thank you for choosing to see the world with us.
