Do you have a loyalty club and what are the benefits?

Cunard guests enjoy the benefits of being part of the exclusive Cunard World Club upon completion of their first voyage.

Cunard World Club number

  • Guests' membership number (also known as URN or Unique Reference Number) consists of two letters, five numbers and one letter at the end e.g. SA22222A.
  • The membership number will be quoted at the top of any mailings that we send.
  • If guests are unable to locate this number, please contact us 0344 338 8655 (local call charges apply) with full name (as per passport), full address and date of birth.
  • Duplicate membership numbers can occur when guest's membership number has not been applied when making future bookings and the system will automatically generate a new membership number. This could result in their benefits not being received on board and their voyage history will be incomplete. Guests should ensure they always quote their membership number at the time of booking. If booking with a Travel Agent, guests should ask for their membership number to be applied to their booking. If a guest notices that they have two membership numbers, they should call our Contact Centre who will be more then happy to assist.
  • It is not possible to register an email address more than once on the site - for example if a couple share an email address, they will only be able to register online using one of their Unique Reference Numbers.

Gold

Two voyages or 20 nights

Silver tier benefits, plus:

  • A Gold membership pin (Guests will receive the pin on their first voyage after achieving this membership level).
  • $45 internet credit per guest, redeemable against one of our on board Wi-Fi plans (Please note, My Cunard cannot currently accept internet bookings using credits: Cunard World Club members with credits will have to wait until they are on board before booking an internet plan. The same prices quoted on My Cunard will be valid on the ship).
  • An invitation to a Cunard World Club cocktail party* (The party may be held during the day or in the evening and is available where operationally possible on voyages of six nights or more).
Platinum Seven voyages or 70 nights

Silver and Gold tier benefits, plus:

  • A Platinum membership pin (Guests will receive the pin on their first voyage after achieving this membership level).
  • Additional $35 internet credit per guest, giving Platinum members a total of $80 to redeem against one of our on board Wi-Fi plans. (Please note, My Cunard cannot currently accept internet bookings using credits: Cunard World Club members with credits will have to wait until they are on board before booking an internet plan. The same prices quoted on My Cunard will be valid on the ship).
  • 20% saving on Laundry/Specialist Cleaning (Savings will be applied after any allocated non-refundable on board spending money has been used).
  • Priority check-in only once they arrive at their allotted arrival time as on their boarding pass.
  • Complimentary on board wine tasting on voyages of six nights or more. Please note this is only bookable once on board.
  • 10% saving on our White Star luggage service.
  • An invitation to the senior officers' party* (The party may be held during the day or in the evening and is available where operationally possible on voyages of six nights or more).
Diamond

Fifteen voyages or 150 nights

Silver, Gold and Platinum tier benefits, plus:

  • A Diamond membership pin (Guests will receive the pin on their first voyage after achieving this membership level).
  • An additional $55 internet credit per guest, giving Diamond members a total of $135 to redeem against one of our on board Wi-Fi plans. (Please note, My Cunard cannot currently accept internet bookings using credits: Cunard World Club members with credits will have to wait until they are on board before booking an internet plan. The same prices quoted on My Cunard will be valid on the ship).
  • A complimentary meal at one of the on board alternative dining venues on voyages of six nights of more and subject to availability. Guests will receive a complimentary lunch at The Verandah restaurant, or an evening meal at Kings Court or The Lido Alternative Dining restaurants. Any other expenses and additional gratuities will be charged to the stateroom account. A reservation is required. Please note this is only bookable once on board.
  • A priority appointment with one of the on board Loyalty and Voyage Sales Managers.
  • A dedicated Diamond member contact at the World Club desk in our international offices. 

 


*Please note that benefits are available where operationally possible, and are dependent on well-being protocols we have in place.

World Voyage

During World Voyages or voyages that form a segment of the World Voyage, members will receive:

  • An invitation to one Cunard World Club party, during the first eligible sector on board*.
  • New Internet benefit available each sector (guest's total will be re-set, any credit unused from the previous sector will be lost)
  • An invitation to one wine tasting session for each sector^.
  • An invitation to one Senior Officers event during the first eligible sector on board* ^.
  • One lunch in either Steakhouse at The Verandah/Alternative Dining (in either the Lido or Kings Court) restaurants during the sector guests are presented with their voucher^^.


We do reserve the right to vary the frequency of these benefits at our discretion from time to time.

Children
Membership of the Cunard World Club is only available to individuals over the age of 18. However, any voyages taken by children will be kept on file, so once they have reached the age of 18, their membership will show all the voyages they have taken.

Guests can contact the Cunard World Club by calling 0344 338 8655 (Local call charges apply) or by email -  ukworld.club@cunard.co.uk. Emails should include full name, name of person they last travelled with, landline or mobile number, name of last ship or voyage date.
