Please ensure you quote your membership number at the time you are placing your booking.
You can check your loyalty tier on My P&O Cruises. If you find the details are not correct, simply email PeninsularClub@pocruises.com,Please include your full names, address including post code and your D.O.B(for data protection reasons) when contacting us via email.
