How can I ensure I receive my benefits on board?

Please ensure you quote your membership number at the time you are placing your booking.

You can check your loyalty tier on My P&O Cruises. If you find the details are not correct, simply email loyalty@pocruises.com. Please include your full names, address including post code and your D.O.B(for data protection reasons) when contacting us via email.
