How do I contact Ground Services/Port Operations?

If you have an email/request for the team, this needs to be sent only to Ground.Services@carnivalukgroup.com to better allow the team to manage their workload and get responses back to you in a timely manner, especially when team members are off from work/working away from the UK. The ONLY exception to this is on a turnaround day in Southampton when they may not always have access to the above mailbox and then you can contact the Duty Manager for the call. Their roster is available on The Bridge under "Ship Information".

 

For clarity the above email address should be used for:

  • Guest Support requests
  • General guest queries on embarkation/disembarkation/seaport terminal denials etc
  • Guest complaints which pertain to HPO

 

To ensure that the email/request can be actioned as soon as possible, please can the following details be included in the email:

  • Booking reference
  • Guest name
  • Cabin number
  • Ship name
  • Embarkation/disembarkation dates (or any pertinent date to provide context)
