What is My P&O Cruises/My Cunard and what can I do on it?

My Cunard is an online platform which is available immediately after a booking is confirmed. You can use My Cunard to view a whole host of essential information, relating to your guest and their voyage including: 

  • Full holiday itinerary, which will incorporate any pre-purchased products and services
  • "Your on board needs" questionnaire, which guests must complete as soon as possible after booking if they have a specific medical or mobility requirement
  • Visa and vaccination requirements
  • Embarkation and disembarkation arrangements
  • Little Luxuries information

 

You can also: 

  • Amend bed configuration
  • Amend evening dining preference - Cunard Fare can change their preference (Early and Late Saver fares will have their dining time confirmed once on-board)
  • Provide us with all of the necessary contact, passport, next of kin and travel insurance information
  • View hotel transfers and flights information as soon as these become available.
  • Submit festive dining preferences on Christmas cruises (once opened)

Timescales

Please note, the pre-purchase window closes three days prior to sailing. At which time all further bookings, modifications and cancellations must be handled on board.
