If I cancel my booking will my gifts, packages and shore experiences be refunded?

Should you need to cancel your booking, any pre booked gifts, packages or shore experiences will be refunded when the booking is cancelled.  

Land Tours and certain shore experiences are non refundable or have different refund terms, therefore please check with our Customer Contact Centre or Travel Agent before making the cancellation.

Additional Information

Refunds for gifts and shore experiences will be automatically refunded back onto the card used, unless it is within the 3 days of the sailing date, then this is not necessarily an automatic process.

If you have a guest who is cancelling their booking within the 3 days prior to sailing please call our Contact Centre please visit our website for contact details. Once this has been cancelled the guests refund will be processed which can take up to 10 working days.
