What is My P&O Cruises/My Cunard?

Guests can access My P&O Cruises as soon as the booking is confirmed, up to 22:00 the day before sailing.

Simply log in using:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Date of birth
  • Booking reference


My P&O Cruises can be used to view a whole host of essential information relating to the guest and their cruise including: 

  • Full holiday itinerary, which will incorporate any pre-purchased products and services
  • Visa and vaccination requirements
  • Embarkation and disembarkation arrangements
  • Little luxuries information


Guests can also: 

  • Amend bed configuration
  • Amend evening dining preference - Select Fare can change their preference. Early Saver can register their preference on MyCruise and is informed on board. Late Saver is informed on board about their dining slot
  • Provide us with all of the necessary contact, passport, next of kin and travel insurance information
  • Retrieve and print Boarding Pass and Luggage Labels from approximately 21 days prior to embarkation

The pre-purchase window closes three days prior to sailing. After this time, all further bookings, modifications and cancellations must be handled on board.
