What are the different options to pay for the balance on my cruise?

If you have booked directly with P&O Cruises there are multiple options available to pay for the balance of your cruise.

Pay Monthly

Pay Monthly offers a convenient way to set up automatic monthly payments. It offers flexibility to change your card or cancel the automatic payments at any time, as well as being able to make additional payments on top of Pay Monthly.

Pay Monthly requirements:

  • Have a deposit on the booking made directly with P&O Cruises.
  • At least one monthly payment scheduled prior to balance due date (90 days prior to departure).
  • Pay Monthly must be set up via our Customer Contact Centre.
  • Made the booking either through our website or via the Customer Contact Centre.

 

Partial payment online

There is an option available to make a partial payment via our website. This offers the flexibility to make any amount of payment after paying the deposit up until their final balance due date.

Partial payment online requirements

  • Have a deposit on the booking made directly with P&O Cruises.
  • Partial payment made before final balance due date (90 days prior to departure).
  • Made the booking either through our website or via the Customer Contact Centre.

Final balance payment online

Once the deposit is paid on a booking, there is no need to make any more payments until the final balance due date (90 days prior to departure). We will send you a reminder email when you balance is almost due to give you enough time to make payment. This can be done quick and easy on our website, the link will be found on the reminder email as well!

  • Made the booking either through our website or via the Customer Contact Centre.

We are available 08:30 - 18:00 Monday - Saturday, if you have any issues making payment online. Please have your booking reference ready for when you call.
