How do I change the email address I use to sign into My Account?

This can be updated on your My Account. Simply log in, click on "My Details" and then change email address.

If you get an error message of – "Error - email already exists", lease complete the Partnership Helpdesk's Webform. For any urgent enquires, call our Partnership Helpdesk on 0344 338 8656 (local call charges apply).
