Can I link bookings?

Linking two or more bookings (also known as TWID)

Travel with ID (TWID) should be applied to bookings where the passengers are family and/or friends and they wish to travel and dine together. TWID enables us to seat the party together at the same table, in the same restaurant at the same dining time*

If you are using the clone booking function, then each stateroom will automatically receive the same TWID code.

Once the TWID has been added a grey button will then appear underneath the TWID box called ‘TWID List’ if you click on this it will list all the bookings that are linked.

For details on how to add a TWID please login to Complete Cruise Solution and select "Book and modify tab" and then select the option on the left hand side for the "CCS Booking Engine User Guide and How to Guides."

Please note: TWID should not be used to cross-reference bookings if the passengers do not know each other.

*Please note we cannot guarantee that linked bookings will be allocated the same dining choice and/or time or that cabins are in close proximity of each other. Bookings made under the Cunard Fare will be given priority when tables are allocated.

For details on how to add a TWID please login to Complete Cruise Solution and select "Book and modify tab" and then select the option on the left hand side for the "CCS Booking Engine User Guide and How to Guides."
