If I cancel my booking, will my gifts, packages and shore experiences be refunded?

If you are to cancel your booking more than two days prior to sailing, any pre-booked gifts or purchases made via My Cunard will be refunded automatically (unless specified otherwise within our terms and conditions).

If the cancellation is actioned on or within two days prior to sailing, any pre-cruise purchases will not be refundable and guests should claim through their travel insurance. The only exception to this is bookings where the guest has failed their Health Declaration or has tested positive for Covid-19, in which case, our Customer Contact Centre can support you further.
