If I cancel my booking will my gifts, packages and shore experience/excursions be refunded?

Should you need to cancel your booking, any pre booked gifts, packages or shore excursions including pre paid Internet will be refunded when the booking is cancelled.  

Land Tours and certain shore excursions (please see - Is there a cancellation charge for Shore Experiences/Excursions?) are non refundable or have different refund terms, therefore please check with our Customer Contact Centre before making the cancellation.

To cancel your booking, please contact our Customer Contact Centre (please visit our website for contact details) or speak to your travel agent.


Additional Information

Refunds for gifts and shore excursions will be automatically refunded back onto the card the guest has used, unless it is within the 3 days of the sailing date then this is not an automatic process.

If you have a guest who is cancelling their booking within the 3 days prior to sailing please call our Contact Centre please visit our website for contact details (P&O) Once this has been cancelled the guests refund will be processed which can take up to 10 working days.
