If I cancel my booking, will my gifts, packages and shore experiences be refunded?
If you are to cancel your booking up to 72 hours prior to departure, any pre-booked gifts or purchases made via My Cunard will be refunded automatically (unless specified otherwise within our terms and conditions).
Cancellations within 72hrs of sailing will be 100% loss and not entitled to a refund. Guests will need to claim any loss back via their travel insurance.
