What should I do if a passenger is refused travel on Polar?

Should a guest, who has been refused future travel, try to make a booking the either on-line or through POLAR, and system will not allow them to do so and the following procedure should be followed. If booking in POLAR you will receive a message advising you to refer to Passenger Relations.

In these circumstances the Customer Contact Centre Consultant taking the call should not discuss the details and should contact the relevant teams as detailed in the flow chart below for advice and assistance:
