What shops do you have on board and what can you purchase?

You'll find a selection of duty free shops on board selling a range of goods from clothes, merchandise, jewellery including Pandora,perfumes and gifts, to essentials such as toothpaste and razor blades.

Ship models - Official scale models of the ships are only available to purchase on board each particular ship, so for example, should you wish to purchase a scale model of Queen Mary 2, you will need to sail on Queen Mary 2 where you are able to purchase one (subject to availability).

On Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria, you'll find the shops in the Royal Arcade on deck 3

On Queen Mary 2, the Mayfair shops are located on deck 3.

If you find an identical product cheaper on-shore during your cruise we will match it.  You will need to be able to provide proof of the cheaper price from recognised retailers, simply obtain written proof from the authorised retailer and we will gladly match it. Please indicate the stores telephone number with advertisement or written information. Online price comparisons are not included. If you have already purchased on board the shop will refund you the difference back onto your on board account.

Who runs the shops on board

All shops on Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria are operated by Harding Retail who can be contacted on 01179 825 961

All shops on Queen Elizabeth are operated by Dufry who can be contacted on +44 (0)1784 475509

Make-up products

The make-up* you can purchase in our shops on board are:

Estee Lauder, Clinique, L'Oreal, Dior, Chanel, Touche Eclat, Revlon & Benefit

*varies by ship.

 

Round Britain Cruises 

The shops will be open on Round Britain cruises, although whilst in UK waters, VAT is charged.

If the ship is outside of British waters (12 miles off shore) then VAT is not charged.
