What happens if my child has a birthday on board?

If your child is registered and using the facility, the Youth team will ensure your child’s birthday is celebrated.

Should a guest ask to note on their booking that they are celebrating a birthday whilst on board, we can now update the booking with a new SSV code, as below:

0901 OC BIRTHDAY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The guest will receive a birthday Cunard greeting card with a message. The Events Manager on board will process the cards.
