Do you offer shuttle services at ports of call?
With the Cunard Fare, shuttle buses will be offered free of charge in ports where they are provided by Cunard, but you may incur a charge if you book any other fare type. Depending on where you are travelling to shuttle buses may be available.
Those booked on Early Saver, Late Saver and any other promotional fares will be charged for shuttle buses which will be applied to your on board account which should be settled at the end of your cruise.
In some ports, it may be compulsory for a shuttle bus to be used to exit the port due to health and safety reasons. In these instances, these will be supplied complimentary for all guests and all guests will be notified on board.
Port Guides and further information regarding ports of call is also provided once you are on board.
Accessibility
In ports where complimentary shuttle buses are offered to those on the Cunard Fare, there will be some form of accessible vehicle available. In cases where this cannot be provided, the Shore Experiences Manager on board can help guests book an adapted taxi instead. Guests should speak to the Shore Experience team once on board to let the ship know their plans, so that arrangements can be made.
If we don't offer a shuttle bus in port, for example in Athens where the ship docks on town, there will also be no accessible vehicle. In this instance, guests should speak to the Shore Experience Manager on board who can try and make arrangements.
