Can I pre-purchase specific seats on my flights?

British Airways  (BA)

Guests will be able to pre-purchase seats from approximately 30 days before travel if they have received their "airline locator" (airline booking reference). To pre-book seats, guests should visit "Manage My Booking" on the British Airways website and follow the instructions. Please note that additional charges may apply.

If guests have not received an airline locator, then they will be booked on one of our British Airways group flights, and we will reserve flight seats approximately four days prior to departure. If guests have any specific requests, they should contact our Customer Contact Centre.

easyJet (EZY)

Guests travelling on an allocation or group can pre-purchase their seats once they have received their “airline locator” (airline booking reference) – this is available approximately from 14 days prior to departure. Guests can obtain this by speaking to our Customer Contact Centre.

To book seats, guests will need to contact easyJet on 0330 365 5000 (costs may vary), quoting their airline locator, where they will be able to assist. Please note that there is an additional charge for purchasing seats prior to check-in. Guests will not be able to pre-purchase their seats online.

Guests travelling under an individual reservation will receive their airline locator immediately, and they are able to check in online when check in opens from 30 days prior to departure.

To establish the booking type (if not already advised at time of booking,) please call our Customer Contact Centre on 03453 550 300 (local call charges apply).

Pre-booking seats on other scheduled airlines

Pre- booking seats for other scheduled airlines vary by carrier. We recommend that guests refer to the airline website for the most up to date information.
