Why am I unable to access My P&O Cruises or My Cunard?

My P&O Cruises will be available to log into immediately after you have made your cruise booking. You just need your 6 digit cruise booking reference, and your first name, last name and date of birth as they are on your cruise booking.


Below are a few trouble shooting suggestions for you to try:

Error Message: 'We cannot validate your login details.’  

We would like to suggest a number of things to check: 

  • Check that you are on the correct website. The web address for the UK is for My P&O Cruises, and for My Cunard. Check that your cruise booking reference is correct as per your booking confirmation, it will be 6 digits long. Make sure you are not inputting your URN when trying to log into My P&O Cruises.
  • Check that you have entered your details into the correct fields, for example you have entered your first name in the first name field and surname in the surname field etc.
  • Check that your first name, last name and date of birth are exactly the same as they are on your booking. No middle name is required.
  • Check you have not misspelt any of your information and that all fields are free of any text before re typing.
  • If you have booked with a Travel Agent please make sure you are entering the P&O and not the Travel Agent reference. The P&O reference will be six digits long.
  • If you have a linked booking, check that you are using the correct booking reference against your name and booking, and not the reference from your linked booking.



Accessing Cruise Personaliser outside of original booking country

My P&O Cruises can be accessed outside of the country you originally booked. You can access it in the same way via the link at the top of this page.

Should you be presented with an error message please try entering your details one more time.



If you are still unable to access My P&O Cruises please try an alternate device or desktop, or try in a different browser. You will get the best website experience when using an up to date browser.

If your cruise has been cancelled, you will not be able to access My P&O Cruises as your booking will no longer be live.

If after following the above you are still experience difficulties then there may be a miss-type of your name or date of birth against your booking. Please contact our Customer Contact Centre (please visit our website for contact details) who will check for you.
