What happens if I lose my cruise card ashore?

If a guest loses their card ashore you should go to the terminal and report this to shore security (if available or present).


The shore security should then advise the ship's security staff (usually the staff at the bottom of the gangway) who will either check the details given by you with the guest manifest and cabin number themselves to ensure that the guest is who they say they are or, will arrange for a member of ships' company to come to the gangway to assist. 

Once satisfied that the guest is who they say they are, you will be allowed back on the ship and be asked to report directly to reception where they will be given another cruise card.
