Why can I not print my E-Ticket?

The lead guest on your booking will be emailed to advise when your E-Tickets are available to print from Cruise Personaliser or My P&O Cruises.

If you are unable to print your E-Tickets this may be because one of the reasons:

 

  • Your E-Ticket is not yet available to download and print. Please see: When do E-tickets become available?
  • You have not yet completed your personal immigration details – these need to be completed before you can download and print your E-Ticket
  • Your cabin has not yet been allocated – all guests with an email address on the booking will be emailed once a cabin number has been assigned to you and you will then be able to download and print your E-ticket
  • You are using the internet browser Safari, we would suggest using Firefox or Internet Explorer 8 – 11
  • The version of Adobe Reader is not the latest version or you do not have Adobe Reader on your computer (if you do not have Adobe Reader your screen will be grey after trying to download your E-Ticket).
